The only housing available for purchase at Mt. Hood Village are tiny homes that resemble small cabins. These homes are pet-friendly, typically between 400 and 500 square feet, and can be used for full-time living. You will see them as you approach the resort along Highway 26.
For a more rustic experience, guests can choose from vacation cottages, rustic cabins, and yurt rentals. Each option provides a unique and comfortable stay, equipped with various amenities to make your stay enjoyable.
Mt. Hood Village is a premier RV park with over 300 year-round RV sites available. Each site includes water, sewer, and electric hookups, and some even have cable TV.

Government Camp, the major ski hub of the area, is just 15 minutes away from the resort. There are four ski resorts within 30 minutes of Mt. Hood Village, and Timberline usually goes until late August. In addition to skiing, guests can also enjoy the region’s regular events nearby Mt. Hood Village RV Resort, such as the Huckleberry Festival and Salmon-Mushroom Festival.
If you are interested in owning a tiny home at Mt. Hood Village, there are a few things you should know. These homes are financeable, but park approval is required for buyers. Short term rentals/airbnbs are not allowed for purchases, and there is an HOA which runs around $700 a month.
